How It Works
Take control of your hair loss from the comfort of your own home with these easy steps:
Step 1: Sign up
Sign up online for your initial consultation. With your payment, we will send your Pilaris Hair kit in the mail (yours to keep). The Hair Kit includes everything for you to complete your ScalpSurvey at home. Your collected images and information are sent electronically to us for review prior to your consultation.

Step 2: Intake Form
Complete the New Member Intake form and, if possible, send any previous records to our office

Step 3: Online consultation
Dr. Kumar meets with you via a Virtual Exam room (HIPAA-compliant videoconference) to review your ScalpSurvey, discuss your diagnosis, and create a custom treatment plan for you. Medications are mailed right to your house!

Step 4: Medication Delivery & Follow Up
We will schedule follow up appointments in our Virtual Exam Room at scheduled so Dr. Kumar can be on top of your progress and adapt your treatment as necessary.
